  4. You can pay for goods ordered in the shop by:

    • Cash on delivery - UPS / GLS fee
    • Transfer on account - no fee
    • Payment via PayPal - no fee
    • Banking card - no fee
    • Express payment in PayU system - no fee, available only on the territory of Poland
    • PayPo deferred payment - in accordance with the terms of service, available only on the territory of Poland
    • BLIK mobile payment method - no fee, available only on the territory of Poland
    • PayU instalment credit - according to the instalment calculator of the PayU Raty system, available only on the territory of Poland

  5. Replacement or return of goods
  6. Every customer of our online store has the right to replace or return goods purchased within 30 days of delivery, without giving any reason. The parcel should be properly secured and sent to the address: SPC Dział Zwrotów, Radziwoja 20 Street, 61-057 Poznań, Poland. The package must contain in addition to the product with complete packaging, the appropriate document for return / replacement. Requests are processed within 1 to 14 days.

    Return of payment is always made by the same route chosen by the buyer. The only exception is payment on delivery - the return is made by bank transfer in this case. All transport costs associated with the return and exchange are borne by the buyer. In the absence of the product for which the exchange procedure has been initiated we automatically make a refund.

    The customer may not withdraw from the sales contract, in the case of the purchase of an item manufactured/modified to the customer's specifications, as well as in the case where the product is delivered with sealed packaging that once opened cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. If a product is returned with significantly damaged packaging or bearing signs of use, we reserve the right to reject the request or reduce the final refund amount.

  8. If you have a problem with a product, please report it using the COMPLAINT SYSTEM. Our customer service department will comprehensively answer your concerns and will surely solve the problem.

  9. Guarantees
  10. The products offered in our military store are warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

    Selected products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, including lifetime warranty, in such cases the information and warranty conditions are contained on the label or product card.

    Liability under this warranty extends only to defects caused by reasons inherent in the item sold.
